On the 7th Sept 2019, SC Committee member Andy Monk will be challenging himself to cycle from Melbourne Park to Hemel Hempstead FC and back to raise money for CCFC Supporters Club and Parkinson’s UK Chelmsford. The reason Andy has chosen this charity is due to his close friend & fellow CCFC supporter, Roy Taylor attending this group having been diagnosed with Parkinson’s. He has since suffered further ill health and therefore sadly can no longer attend any games.
The route Andy is planning to cycle will cover approximately 110 miles and any donation, no matter how small will be greatly appreciated and valuable to two worthy causes.
